Full Job Description

Effectively manage a small caseload of less than five women, conducting assessments and developing personalised care plans that cater to their unique needs
Embrace our "community as method" model to work not only with users of our services but their families and wider surrounding networks to ensure that everyone is equipped with the tools, knowledge and approaches, all essential to a long-term recovery
Deliver therapeutic groups, activities, and specialised interventions as per the Therapeutic Community manual and service needs
Champion an environment and a culture that, as well as being safe and compliant, truly fosters compassion and development
Manage and co-ordinate the care process for service users, from admission to discharge planning

Please note that you will work on a 5 week rolling rota involving evening, night and weekend work. This role offers you 6.5hrs per week

Experience of working with individuals with complex and unique needs
Prior involvement in collaborating with families and individuals in the realm of substance use or relevant domains
Aptitude for creative thinking and adaptability to accommodate the evolving requirements of the service
Demonstrated ability to collaborate seamlessly with multiple agencies, while upholding the service's esteemed standing
Good working knowledge of adult protection and safeguarding, as the role entails working with vulnerable women in a residential environment
