Full Job Description
Our client is looking for individuals who can provide consistent, therapeutic care to children and young people who have experienced trauma. The role requires patience, emotional resilience and the ability to build strong, trusting relationships.
You will support children with daily routines, education, appointments and activities while contributing to behaviour management strategies and safeguarding processes. Staff play an important role in helping children develop independence, emotional regulation and life skills.
A full UK driving licence is essential as staff will transport children to school, appointments and activities.

Qualifications Required: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (for practitioner grade)
