As a Senior Theatre Practitioner - Scrub, youll play a vital role across the patient pathway, delivering safe, effective, and compassionate care. You will:
- Provide high-quality, patient-centred care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient journeys.
- Contribute to clinical audits, research, and service development initiatives.
- Support safe, efficient theatre operations and optimal use of resources.
- Help create a positive, empathetic environment for patients, colleagues, and visitors, As a Senior Theatre Practitioner - Scrub, youll play a vital role across the patient pathway, delivering safe, effective, and compassionate care. You will:

Are you a passionate Senior Theatre Practitioner, Scrub looking to work in a supportive, high-performing clinical environment?, You are a dedicated and motivated practitioner with a genuine passion for delivering excellent patient care., Registered Nurse (RGN) or Operating Department Practitioner (ODP Level 3) - Previous experience in a theatre environment
- Previous scrub experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to delivering safe, evidence-based care Desirable:
- Orthopaedic experience
- Mentorship or clinical supervision qualification
- Evidence of continued professional development., You are a dedicated and motivated practitioner with a genuine passion for delivering excellent patient care.
- Registered Nurse (RGN) or Operating Department Practitioner (ODP Level 3)
- Previous experience in a theatre environment
- Previous scrub experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to delivering safe, evidence-based care, Orthopaedic experience
