Theatre Practitioner - Recovery

As our Recovery Theatre Practitioner, you'll be an important part of our operating theatre team, providing both clinical and technical assistance. You'll help to assess patient needs, and then implement and maintain agreed standards of care. You will work in our busy and dynamic operating theatre, as part of a multi-disciplinary team that's setting the benchmark for clinical excellence. · Prepare patients for clinical and operative procedures in Recovery · Assist in clinical and operative procedures in Recovery · Provide immediate post-operative care · Provide recovery assistance to our consultants during all surgical procedures

· NMC Registered Nurse (Adult and/or Children) · Alternatively, you'll be HCPC registered with a Diploma or Degree in Health Care Studies. You might even be qualified to ODP Level 3 NVQ or ODA 752. · Previous recovery experience is essential · Paediatric experience and qualification is desirable
