Theatre Practitioner - Liver Theatres

An exciting opportunity has arisen for highly motivated staff nurses / ODP's to join King's Liver and Hepatobiliary Theatres scrub team, to provide the highest standard of intra-operative care to patients.

We offer a supportive consolidation period for all of our new starters, as well as excellent educational opportunities, from in house study courses to post graduate education through King's College London, London Southbank University or University of Greenwich. Our Practice Development Team provides structured teaching support to all staff, and our development programs are well established.

We are seeking experienced / newly qualified ODP / Scrub Nurses to join our team. We offer a supportive consolidation period for all of our new starters and have excellent educational opportunities, from in house study courses to post graduate education through King's College London, 1. To be a safe and effective practitioner able to provide high quality care to patients and support to relatives2. To work within the multi-disciplinary team to provide continuing care to a group of patients from admission to discharge in the department.3. To participate in the teaching and supervision of junior staff and student learners as required.4. To maintain own personal development with support5. To contribute to infection control in clinical environment and safeguarding patients
