Full Job Description

  • Work as a key member of the theatre team, specialising in Anaesthetics and Recovery#
  • Provide skilled assistance to the anaesthetist during induction, maintenance, and emergence
  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centred care in the post-anaesthetic recovery phase
  • Monitor, assess, and respond to patient needs using your clinical expertise
  • Ensure safe airway management, pain control, and patient stabilisation post-procedure
  • Act as a patient advocate throughout the perioperative journey
  • Contribute to a smooth and efficient theatre environment alongside a skilled multidisciplinary team

    HCPC registered Operating Department Practitioner / NMC registered Nurse
  • Experience in Anaesthetics and/or Recovery
  • Strong clinical knowledge and confident decision-making skills
  • A proactive and team-focused approach
  • Commitment to delivering safe, high-quality patient care
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
