This is a flexible role, working across anaesthetics, scrub, or recovery, ensuring top-quality clinical care and safety for patients within the theatre unit. As a Theatre Practitioner, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive team, with a focus on delivering excellent healthcare. Role Responsibilities: As a Theatre Practitioner you will

• Assess patient care requirements independently and act as a resource for other staff, implementing care and evaluating outcomes.
• Undertake all safety checks to a high standard and document appropriately.
• Work flexibly across anaesthetics, scrub, and recovery, depending on the department's needs.
• Ensure the highest standards of infection prevention and control are maintained.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to facilitate cohesive teamwork., Take reassurance from knowing that your interviewer can often be as nervous as you. Be polite, honest and open, maintaining eye contact with them. Talk as clearly and confidently as you can and if you don't understand a question, ask for clarification. When answering, focus on positive experiences and be prepared to go into detail about your previous positions and your future aspirations.
  
  As a Theatre Practitioner at KIMS Hospital you will be a strong, patient focused team player with a collaborative approach to achieving goals., Registered Practitioner (RN or ODP).
• Post-registration clinical experience providing expert scrub support in Orthopaedic cases in an acute hospital (NHS or independent).
• Strong knowledge of clinical governance and its application.
• Evidence of continuous professional development and a commitment to personal growth.
