Full Job Description
- Work on a varied caseload using different , equipment and facilities, which are all state-of-the-art.
- Supervise, support and develop junior members of staff.
- Deliver high quality care and experiences for patients, which is always clinically effective, evidence based and appropriate
- Work within all three different parts in theatre
- Scrub and assist for theatre cases
- Cover On-Call Rota for the department
As a Senior Theatre Practitioner (ODP) at our Tunbridge Wells Hospital, you're registered with the appropriate governing body and you hold the relevant qualifications and experience, including HCPC registration. You bring a passion for high standards in perioperative care, a meticulous eye for detail and post-registration experience. You're a focused, flexible and motivated team worker., High levels of focus and engagement. - A passion for high standards and a meticulous eye for detail.
- Qualifications and experience relevant to your registration, including NMC or HCPC.
- Post-registration experience.
- Excellent communication skills and will be a great team worker.
