About the Role We're looking for a dynamic experienced Theatre Manager with a registered nursing or practitioner qualification, specialist training and strong senior level clinical experience (minimum two years in a senior role). Teaching and assessment skills, ILS and a professional management qualification will strengthen your application. Core hours are Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work and participation in the management on-call rota to ensure operational and clinical leadership support. What You'll Be Doing

- Three theatres, including a hybrid cardiac catheter lab/theatre
- An Endoscopy suite
- 31 en-suite patient rooms, over 2 floors
