Theatre Manager

We seek an experienced Theatre Manager for The Yorkshire Clinic, which has 5 operating theatres. You will manage and lead the theatre team to implement quality, commercial, and strategic initiatives. This role involves building relationships with consultants, senior teams, healthcare professionals, and patients.

The Yorkshire Clinic offers high-quality healthcare with leading consultants for various medical conditions and complex surgeries.

As Theatre Manager, you will have budgetary responsibility, ensuring patient safety and experience while adhering to clinical governance and CQC standards.

As a leader, you'll develop and motivate your team, driving performance and supporting new hospital initiatives. You will also ensure the delivery of high-quality patient perioperative care.
