Are you a Theatre HCA with experience in surgical or perioperative settings, looking for additional weekend work? Here at 18 Week Support, we have an exciting opportunity to support a well-established NHS Trust in the West Midlands area within a busy Urology service. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced theatre teams in a well-supported, patient-focused environment while benefiting from flexible additional sessions. - Opportunity to work within a specialist Urology theatre environment, Assist in the preparation and smooth running of theatre and clinical areas.
- Support the theatre team during Urology procedures, ensuring high standards of patient care and safety.
- Prepare equipment, instruments, and consumables for procedures.
- Take and record patient observations accurately where required.
Currently practising, or has practised, as a Theatre HCA within a surgical setting for a minimum of 6 months within the last 12 months. - Proven experience working in the NHS
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary theatre team.
