Full Job Description
Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking a skilled Test Manager to join our Consulting Quality Engineering team. You will lead testing across large-scale transformation programmes across ERP, CRM, Core Banking, Insurance, and Data/Analytics, with client-facing responsibilities.
You will shape test strategy, govern quality, coordinate distributed teams, promote automation and AI, and contribute to thought leadership while advancing toward broader leadership responsibilities.
