Full Job Description
This is a field-based role covering Kent, Sussex and South East London. As a Territory Manager in the Ortho division, you will manage a large sales area for Align Technology selling Orthodontic Digital Products. You will be responsible for managing the Align business in a specific region of the UK, with your primary objective to achieve the Operational Plan in line with company and country strategic objectives. You will drive your territory to achieve the Operational Plan via detailed account and territory planning that includes establishing account relationships with customers and potential customers, supporting the educational pathway, practice development including the provision of practice events aimed at business generation as well as proactively communicating with customers and non-customers.,
- Manage the assigned territory and help grow the business by onboarding new high potential accounts.
- Use insights and a consultative selling approach to teach customers about their industry and their customers.
- Challenge doctors to modernize and grow their business, including implementation of digital technology.
- Plan and execute a territory plan based on the potential in each account in your geography.
- Create and execute account plans for highest potential accounts, based on deep understanding of the account's business, goals, challenges and opportunities.
- Utilize data and analytics to help customers drive decision-making.
- Orchestrate additional internal company resources to optimize the customer experience and provide ongoing promotion of Align solutions.
Bachelor's degree preferred with 3-5 years of equivalent experience in B2B sales. - Analytical and business planning skills to own and plan for the activities in your territory.
- Comfortable having business discussions (cash flow analysis, ROI, P&L) and asking the right business questions.
- Desire to work in a high-performance team.
- Adaptable and open to new ideas and ways of doing business.
- Relationship management skills to build and maintain positive connections with customers and colleagues.
- Industry experience selling medical devices, capital equipment, dental, orthodontic, or other relevant B2B products preferred but not required.
- Field-based in Kent, Sussex, or South East London.
