Tender Services Manager

We are seeking a Tender Services Manager to lead and develop our centralised Tender Services Team.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a well-established business-wide service that plays a vital role in supporting successful tender submissions across JBA. The role combines team leadership, process improvement and service development, ensuring colleagues across the business receive consistent, efficient and high-quality support throughout the tender process.

You will drive continuous improvement across tender management systems, processes and ways of working, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, quality and collaboration. You will also lead the evaluation, adoption and integration of emerging technologies, digital tools and AI-enabled solutions, ensuring the service remains innovative, scalable and aligned with best practice while delivering measurable improvements in performance and user experience.
