Job Description:

Tenancy Sustainment Officer

(12-month fixed term contract)

£33,119 - £35,570 per annum

Do you have a passion for helping people and making a real difference in your community?

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Tenancy Sustainment Officer to join our team for a fixed term period of 12 months, to support vulnerable tenants to establish and maintain successful tenancies. You will provide advice, practical support and referrals to specialist services, helping tenants to maximise their income, manage their tenancy responsibilities and access the support they need.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience of working with customers, and the ability to build positive relationships with a wide range of individuals and partner agencies.

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact on tenants' lives while working within a supportive Housing Management team.
