Job Title: Tenancy Sustainment Officer

A fulfilling and exciting opportunity available for a Tenancy Sustainment Officer to join our Association. The Tenancy Sustainment Officer will be based in our offices in Bolton.

Purpose of the role

To provide advice and assist service users to manage and sustain their tenancy in accordance with its terms enabling them to live independently. To carry out a full needs assessment at the point of referral into the service to establish the nature of support required by the individual in line with person-centred approach and the Association's policies and procedures and ensure the service can meet the specific needs of the person.

You will be expected to contribute to the maintenance and development of the Association's values, culture and ethos. Please see the job description for more information.
