  • Salary £28,300 per year plus Health Cash Plan and instant pay access with Stream

You'll use our "Home Group Achievement Programme", a tenancy sustainment course created by us bespoke to our customers. As an inspirational coordinator, you'll support and coach individuals who have alcohol or substance misuse needs to maintain their tenancies, foster independence and towards a better future.   • No two days are the same!! One day you could be supporting a customer sign up to college and the next supporting with budgeting skills
  • Help our customers develop practical life skills and achieve their personal goals
  • Enable customers to sustain their tenancies and independence
  • Build relationships with external agencies and signpost customers to services, education, training and employment opportunities
  • Monitor and record customer progress, outcomes and wellbeing to evidence for our commissioners.

  • A passion to support our customers to live their best life, working collaboratively with an eye for detail.
  • The energy and drive to support our customers to learn new skills and improve confidence.
  • The ability to work on your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills and suitable learner Qualifications preferred but not essential.
  • The ability to monitor your own and learner's performance.
  • Vehicle owner and full driving licence are essential

  • Temporary (5 months contract), full time (37.5 hpw).
  • You'll work Monday to Friday with flexible working hours when needed, managing your own diary.
  • Hybrid role based from Eastlands Peterborough.
  • You need an Enhanced with barring list / Standard / Basic DBS check (we pay).
