Full Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional Tenancy Services Officer to join our Tenancy and Estate management team and make a real difference to the lives of our tenants and communities.
As the main point of contact for tenants, you will deliver a proactive tenancy management service, supporting tenants to sustain their tenancies, addressing tenancy breaches and helping to maintain safe, well managed estates. This is a varied and rewarding role that combines resident engagement, home visits, problem solving and partnership working to achieve positive outcomes for tenants and neighborhoods., We are proud holders of the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) Silver Award, demonstrating our commitment to supporting the Armed Forces community and aligning with the values of the Armed Forces Covenant.

You will have strong communication skills, a practical approach to problem solving and a passion for supporting tenants and improving neighborhoods.
