Charnwood Borough Council in Leicestershire is searching for the latest member of #TeamCBC!
Are you looking for a diverse role where you will use your interpersonal skills to work with tenants and other agencies to manage tenancies? Are you highly organised, with the ability to plan, prioritise and work within a fast-paced environment? If so, we want to hear from you.
The Council is recruiting for a Tenancy and Estate Management Officer.
Charnwood Borough Council manage approximately 5639 dwellings, 15 shops and 823 garages and we are seeking to recruit one Tenancy and Estate Management Officer on a fixed term basis. You will deal with all aspects of Tenancy and Estate Management except for anti-social behaviour and Income collection. This includes carrying out new tenant visits, dealing with mutual exchanges, successions, tenancy change requests, abandoned properties, untidy gardens and other breaches of tenancy and organising and attending estate walks. You will provide advice and using the tenancy agreement and legal powers take a range of enforcement action where necessary.
Charnwood Borough Council operates an agile working policy with a mixture of home working and office-based working.
