Full Job Description
- Answering alarm activations across the city which have been raised by the customer or from an allocated assistive technology device
- Assistance to mobilise, personal care, customer falls, ambulance crew assistance
- Responding to assistive technology which may include, property exit sensors, smoke alarms and pressure mats All applicants must have a full UK Driving Licence that allows them to drive a manual vehicle These principal responsibilities are not an exhaustive list of duties, only a general guide to the role. In consultation with the post holder, the duties may change from time to time to reflect the changing needs of the customer/service. Successful candidates will be required to work a 6 on, 4 off rota. The shift pattern consists of earlies (6am to 2.30pm), lates (2pm to 10.30pm) and nights (10pm to 6.30am), shift allowance will apply. The positions advertised have arisen as a result of investment and development of our Telecare service. The post involves - A salary of £26,403 to £28,142 (pro rata if working less than 37 hours per week) (Pay award pending)
