Temporary Patient Support & Administration Opportunities
We're currently recruiting for 5 temporary opportunities with Spire Healthcare, with immediate starts available. These roles are initially offered on a one-month basis and are ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, a confident telephone manner and excellent customer service or administration experience. The roles are primarily telephone-based, supporting patients throughout their healthcare journey in a fast-paced and professional environment.
Roles Available
- Private Patient Advisor
As a Private Patient Advisor, you will play an important role in supporting self-pay revenue growth by converting patient enquiries into appointments, treatments and admissions. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective patients, providing an exceptional customer experience while confidently guiding them through their healthcare journey.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling patient enquiries by telephone and other communication channels
- Building strong relationships with prospective patients
- Using a consultative approach to understand patient needs
- Converting enquiries into appointments, treatments and admissions
- Supporting revenue and performance targets
- Providing a professional and patient-focused service at all times
Admissions Administrator
You'll support the admissions process, ensuring patients receive a smooth, professional experience from their initial enquiry through to admission. This role would suit someone with strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail and confident communication abilities.
Outpatients Administrator
You'll provide administrative and patient-facing support within outpatient services, helping to ensure appointments and patient journeys are managed efficiently and professionally.

- Shift options: 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm
- Occasional Saturdays, 8am-1pm
