Key tasks within the job:
- Undertake all aspects of poultry production.
- Ensuring the highest welfare standards are adhered to.
- Daily bedding and feeding of the animals in your care.
- Ventilation control.
- The recording of daily welfare checks and maintaining accurate records.
- To work in a safe manner.
- You will want to be part of a team with a willingness to work and improve.
- You will need to be reliable & have a good attitude towards working at weekends.

- Long Service Awards Job Type: Temporary fixed term contract - Ending on the 26th June 2027. Hours per week: Working hours will be approximately 7.00am - 15:30pm, Monday to Thursday 7.00am - 14:30pm Friday and alternate weekends. Working Times: Working hours are to be discussed but hours are usually 7.00am - 15:30pm. This position will include weekend working. Pay Rate: £12.75 per hour Monday - Friday. £16.99 per hour Saturday and Sunday and any hours worked over 39 hours, Monday to Friday.
