Full Job Description

OUTSIDE IR35 Korn Ferry is urgently looking for an MS Teams Telephony Engineer to join the team at one of our trusted clients, working in the Pharma industry! This role is OUTSIDE IR35 £150-200/day. This is a hybrid role with 3 days required on-site. The ideal candidate will have the following experience; Required Skills:

  • Experience with MS Teams Telephony
  • Configure Toll Free Number Routing to Teams Direct Routing
  • Configure Teams Auto Attendants
  • Configure Teams Call Queues
  • Technical documentation creation
