Full Job Description
Part Time Telephonist (Friday and Sunday 8am-5pm) - no experience necessary. Based in Shoreditch only 2 minutes walk from Haggerston Overground Station., Handling customer queries and complaints politely and effectively by phone, email and live chat Monitoring bookings/flights/traffic conditions to ensure all drivers are on time Assigning and reassigning drivers as appropriate to ensure timely delivery of service
