The Opportunity
We are seeking a commercially focused Telemarketer to support client acquisition, and talent-vetting initiatives. The successful candidate will identify business opportunities, engage prospective clients, and assist in evaluating and qualifying developers and business consultants for client projects and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities
- Engage prospective clients and schedule consultations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify client requirements and commercial opportunities
- Vet and assess developers, technical professionals, and business consultants
- Conduct initial screening interviews and qualification discussions
- Maintain accurate CRM records and candidate databases
- Provide regular activity and pipeline updates
- Support talent sourcing and consultant placement activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to match qualified professionals with client requirements
Candidate Requirements
Essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Professional and commercially focused approach
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Confidence conducting candidate screening conversations
- Proficiency with CRM systems and digital tools
Desirable
- Experience in business development, recruitment, consulting, or lead generation
- Experience vetting developers, contractors, consultants, or other professionals
- Familiarity with CRM and candidate management systems
