Full Job Description
As a Teacher of Technology, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, challenging lessons that engage and motivate students across KS3 and KS4. You will join a team dedicated to academic excellence and personal growth, ensuring that our students acquire the skills and knowledge they need to thrive in the future,
- Plan and teach well-organised lessons informed by up-to-date pedagogical and subject knowledge.
- Use a range of strategies and eLearning tools to meet diverse learner needs and raise pupil attainment.
- Maintain a secure understanding of the technology curriculum and its contribution to cross-curricular learning.
- Establish a purposeful and safe learning environment, managing behavior constructively in line with school policies.
- Support the social, emotional, and behavioral skills of students, acting as a role model and contributing to the wider school ethos., We will communicate regularly and with clarity with our stakeholders and with each other, welcoming and reflecting on constructive feedback from others

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant Undergraduate Degree.
- Experience teaching in a secondary environment (KS3 & KS4).
- Strong IT skills and a commitment to continuous professional development.
- A deep understanding of safeguarding procedures and a commitment to the wellbeing of young people.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with staff and students
