Technology Services Engineer - Network Engineer

You will be responsible for:

• To own and actively manage Networking Technology Services from both technical and service perspectives ensuring that they are fit for purpose and effective IT Service Management processes and activities are in place and being followed.
• To ensure that other - DDTS support teams are set up to effectively support and maintain the Technology IT Services.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication to ensure DDTS and user communities at all levels are engaged on topics related to the IT Services they use.
• Contribute towards Service Design activities to ensure they are fit for purpose and take ownership of Service Transition activities to ensure smooth take-on into BAU.
• Provide 3rd/4th line support as required for Network Technology Services.
