Full Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology and business change projects, managing scope, timelines, risks and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across technology, product, operations and leadership, aligning priorities and managing interdependencies across multiple workstreams
  • Drive strong governance, reporting and delivery discipline while improving consistency, transparency and ways of working across projects

    Have experience delivering large-scale technology or business change projects within a regulated industry, ideally with exposure to software or platform-based environments

  • Are delivery-focused and resilient, with the ability to bring structure, challenge existing processes and drive continuous improvement
