Job DescriptionJoin Our Team as a Technology Project Manager!Are you ready to take your project management skills to the next level? We are on the lookout for an experienced Technology Project Manager to join our dynamic team on a 1-year Fixed Term Contract. Reporting to the EU Functional Lead for Merchandising, Food Safety & Quality Assurance, and Sustainability, you will be at the forefront of delivering complex technical projects across Europe, including the exciting Supplier Suite/PGI programme.Your RoleIn this pivotal position, you will: Take end-to-end responsibility for project delivery, from initiation and planning to implementation and successful transition into BAU. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, while maintaining alignment with project objectives. Implement appropriate governance, project methodologies, and RAID management throughout the project lifecycle. Utilize both Agile and Waterfall methodologies to drive project success. Engage
effectively with stakeholders, including sponsors, business teams, technical specialists, and senior management.What You BringWe are looking for someone who is: Certified in Project Management with proven experience in change management, particularly in deploying technology across multiple sites. Skilled in managing third-party system integrators and external delivery partners. Possessing a strong understanding of business processes and adept at managing change to ensure operational adoption. Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable, with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite to support project planning, reporting, governance, and stakeholder communications.Working ConditionsThis role offers hybrid working, with 3 days per week based at either our Ashford, Kent, or Hemel Hempstead office.
