The OpportunityWe are on the lookout for a Technology Manager to lead and grow our Partner Performance team within the Supply Performance and Experience domain. This team is all about transforming complex operational data into actionable intelligence, helping our partners streamline operations and maximize revenue growth.
As a Technology Manager, you will coordinate the design and implementation of innovative solutions crafted by your engineers, focusing on key capabilities:
Intelligent Insights: Develop a multi-channel data layer that serves as the "brain" for partner insights, ensuring timely and effective communication.
Operational Optimization: Provide real-time alerts to help partners manage operations effectively, reducing delays and simplifying tasks.
Growth Guidance: Identify strategic opportunities to drive incremental revenue for both partners and Just Eat Takeaway.

By leveraging our high-scale streaming architecture, we turn raw data into actionable insights that guide partners toward better decision-making, whether it's saving an order or identifying long-term expansion opportunities.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Technology Manager, you will be accountable for the technical direction, engineering quality, and execution of multiple product development teams. Your role will include:
Product Definition: Contributing to significant product features through collaboration with engineering teams and Product Managers.
Technical Leadership: Defining and communicating a technical roadmap for your domain.
Career Development: Guiding engineers in their career aspirations and objectives.
Prioritization: Ensuring the domain sets priorities aligned with commercial needs and engineering strategy.
Ownership: Managing streams of work from requirements gathering to production support.
Continuous Improvement: Proposing and implementing new processes and practices to enhance domain effectiveness.
Tracking Progress: Monitoring progress towards domain goals and communicating transparently with teams.
Operating: Taking responsibility for deploying and supporting changes in production.
Communicate: Sharing progress and ideas with teams and senior contributors.

Your Profile & ExperienceWe're looking for candidates with experience in some of the following areas:
Leading and developing engineering teams using Event Driven Architecture.
Delivering high-quality software projects and driving best practices.
Working independently to solve complex problems.
Experience with Amazon Web Services (or similar platforms).
Agile environment experience (Scrum, Kanban).
A passion for coaching engineers and fostering a high-performance culture.
Developing products that drive user action from data.
