We're looking for a talented Technology Governance Officer to join our Technology team at CAF Bank, part of Charities Aid Foundation (CAF). What you'll do At CAF Bank, every one of us contributes to our impact, and as our Technology Governance Officer you too will play an integral part in what we do. This is a pivotal role at the centre of Technology Governance within CAF Bank, offering the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and influence how key decisions are shaped and delivered. As Technology Governance Officer, you will drive the smooth running of Technology Operations. As our Technology Governance Officer, you will:
- Collate and distribute high-quality management information, reports and governance packs to support senior leadership decision making.
- Coordinate and manage governance and leadership meetings, including agendas, scheduling, documentation and minute-taking.
- Maintain oversight of key governance processes, including action tracking, risk management and ensuring timely follow-up with stakeholders.
- Support Technology teams with reporting, data analysis and the production of meaningful insights to inform decision-making.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including process enhancements, small projects and operational efficiencies.
This role is for you if you have experience of working in IT or have relevant transferable skills and are keen to make a difference to society. We are looking for: - A highly organised and proactive individual who thrives on keeping governance activities, actions and reporting on track.
- Someone with excellent attention to detail who can product accurate management information, meeting packs and audit evidence in a consistently high standard.
- A confident communicator who can build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders.
- An analytical thinker who enjoys working with data and turning information into clear, concise insights to support decision-making.
- A motivated team player with a continuous improvement mindset who enjoys improving processes and helping teams operate more effectively.
