Technician - Performing Arts, Music Technology and Creative Media

Salary: £27,733 p.a pro rata. Part-time (22 hours per week). Term time plus 2 weeks. Permanent. Based at London Road.

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Technician to join a busy and thriving department spanning Performing Arts, Music Technology and Creative Media. The post will suit a well-organised and enthusiastic technician; a practical problem-solver with strong technical knowledge and a supportive style who is committed to working collaboratively and with genuine care to enable excellence in students of all abilities.

Shrewsbury College is Shropshire's largest college. The college operates at three campuses in Shrewsbury. We deliver a broad range of vocational and higher-level courses to 2300 16-18-year-olds, 4000 adult students, 300 HE students and 950 apprentices at our London Road Campus. 2100 A-Level students are taught at our Welsh and English Bridge Campuses in the centre of Shrewsbury.
