Worthing College is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Visual Arts and Media Technician to join our vibrant and highly successful Visual Arts and Media department. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a wide range of specialist creative disciplines including Fine Art, Textiles, Graphic Communication, Photography, Film and Media. As our Visual Arts and Media Technician, you will play a key role in supporting both staff and students across the department. Duties will include preparing materials and specialist equipment for lessons, maintaining studios and learning environments, supporting health and safety procedures, assisting with displays and exhibitions, and helping to ensure that students have access to high-quality technical support throughout their studies. We are committed to supporting professional development and upskilling within the role, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to broaden their technical knowledge and experience across the creative arts sector.

- Organisational skills and the ability to manage equipment and resources effectively
- An understanding of health and safety practices within practical learning environments
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
