Full Job Description
The Technical Training Administrator plays a key role in supporting the effective delivery of technical training across The Compleat Food Group. Working closely with the Technical Training Manager, the role is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day administration of the Training Academy, ensuring training activities are planned, recorded and delivered in line with business,
- Coordinate Technical Training Academy activities, ensuring training delivers within agreed timescales
- Maintain accurate training records, learner data and documentation meeting company and awarding body requirements
- Manage the Highfield training system including learner registrations, examination bookings, certification and resit arrangements
- Support sites with technical training plans and monitor training compliance across the business
- Produce training reports, KPIs and analysis to identify trends and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Support internal and external audits by providing evidence of training compliance, competence and effectiveness
We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Technical Training Administrator to join our Technical Team in Middlesborough., Previous experience in a training, learning and development, or administration role - Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and data
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across sites
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
- Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) or training management systems is desirable
