Full Job Description
- Commissioning new systems at our customer sites
- Programming new systems for customers
- Undertake technical revisions with customers where we hold maintenance contracts
- Provide training and guidance to both internal and external clients
- Support customers with telephone Technical Assistance.
Experience in similar technician or engineering role - Knowledge and experience within Technical Engineering/Telecommunications/Speciality in Electronics or Computer Systems ideally within in the electronic access system industry
- Analytical thinking, customer orientation
- Organizational capacity, prioritisation of task
- Full UK driving licence with the ability to travel across the North Region to include other parts of the country when required
