Troubleshooting and resolving IT issues via phone, email, and web form.

Providing friendly and professional customer support across the business.

Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software.

Managing user accounts, onboarding, and offboarding staff.

Supporting IT innovation, automation, and process improvements.

Are you a tech-savvy problem-solver who enjoys helping people? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? If so, we want you on our IT team!, ️A confident and approachable communicator with strong customer service skills.

️ Experience in troubleshooting Windows OS, Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, and Office 365.

️ Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-moving environment.

️ A proactive problem-solver who enjoys working with both people and technology.

️ Be part of a vibrant team, working 5 days a week in the office with the opportunity to provide impactful on-site support when needed.

️ Knowledge of ITIL or similar IT Service Management frameworks is a plus.
