Here at ISS as one of the UK's premier Facilities Management (FM) providers are looking to strengthen the engineering resourcing dedicated to their client's campus facility Northampton.


The client are in corporate banking, and this site is classed as critical to their UK operation containing an array of LV and HV Electrical infrastructure


The engineering maintenance work is delivered by a 24/7 shift team, and this role of the supervisor, will look after this team, of which are 3 on shift at any given timeHere, you will coordinate and supervise planned and reactive maintenance while supporting on small project/install works


This is a fantastic role for a developing engineer to go further into management.


An AP appointment would be very useful with a leaning to LV/and or HV AP


Actions will include:To supervise the Engineering Shift Team completion of planned maintenance and reactive repairs of mechanical and electrical building services and associated equipment, helping to ensure maximum Uptime and ensuring our clients operations are always supported.Deputise for Senior Critical Engineering Lead in his absence.Produce Monthly reports as required to support site operations.Allocate jobs to competent authorised personnel via TRIRIGA system.To report all activity and incidents to the Senior Critical Engineering LeadTo ensure onsite Quality Assurance procedures are adhered to in all respects and to maintain accurate records/documentation associated the electrical aspects of the PPM and plant.To co-ordinate visiting specialist sub-contractors.Liaise with and maintain good working relations with all Building Users, attend meetings as and when required and respond in a positive manner to any instructions.


We need from you:Full electrical qualification plus strong electrical experience
