Lead health, safety, and compliance across all maintenance activities.
Manage and support a team of engineers, ensuring competency, training, and strong performance.
Oversee PPM, reactive, and emergency works, ensuring SLAs and statutory compliance are met.
Manage subcontractors, control of works, permits, and site inspections.
Ensure all maintenance activity is accurately recorded on the CAFM system (M5K), including reports, recommendations, and WebQuotes.
Control costs, manage budgets, and negotiate best value with suppliers.
Build strong working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Coordinate on-call rotas and support asset and engineering teams as required.

Time-served Mechanical / HVAC engineer
Proven supervisory experience in a maintenance or FM environment.
Strong knowledge of plant, building services, and maintenance operations.
Confident with CAFM systems and compliance-led working.
Professional, proactive, and client-focused.
