Technical Specialist |Johnson & Johnson MedTech | Electrophysiology | London North

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Specialist (TS) to support the London North region within our Electrophysiology (EP) business. Technical Specialist will provide expert clinical and technical support for J&J MedTech Electrophysiology technologies, partnering with physicians, physiologists and cath lab teams to drive safe and effective adoption of CARTO, VARIPULSE, OPTRELL, SoundStar, DE STSF and future EP technologies across London North accounts., Clinical Case Support

• Provide on-site technical support during electrophysiology procedures.
• Support physicians with mapping, navigation and ablation workflows using the CARTO platform.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in real time during procedures.
• Ensure high standards of patient safety and product performance.
Customer Education & Training
• Deliver training for consultants, cardiac physiologists, nurses and cath lab staff.
• Support new technology launches and clinical adoption programmes.
• Develop centres of excellence through education and best-practice sharing.
Account Development
• Partner with Account Managers, Regional Sales Managers and Clinical Development Managers.
• Identify opportunities to increase technology utilisation and procedural efficiency.
• Support competitive conversions and implementation plans.
Technical Expertise
• Become a subject matter expert across the EP portfolio.
• Maintain knowledge of clinical evidence, guidelines and competitor technologies.
• Support investigations and resolution of product-related queries.
Compliance & Quality
• Operate in accordance with J&J Credo values, HCC requirements and company policies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
• Participate in adverse event and complaint reporting as required.

You will join a proud heritage of continually elevating standards of care for stroke, heart failure and atrial fibrillation (AFib) patients., Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Physiology, Life Sciences or a related field.
• Ability to understand complex technical and clinical concepts.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across the territory.
• Experience in cardiac rhythm management, electrophysiology, medical devices or clinical support is advantageous.
