Full Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Services Manager to report to the Technical Director of Technical Services and work closely with Group and local country Operational Performance teams.
This role is fully accountable for ensuring adherence to OneISS standards for technical services across the account within the assigned region., We are looking for a senior technical leader who can take full ownership of service delivery, client relationships, and financial performance, while driving consistent, high-quality outcomes, compliance, and continuous improvement across the account.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end delivery of technical and engineering services across the account
Act as the primary escalation point for all technical service issues
Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery aligned to contractual requirements
Build strong client relationships and act as the main technical contact
Drive client satisfaction, service performance, and continuous improvement
Own financial performance including budgets, cost control, and revenue targets
Lead, develop, and manage technical teams and future leadership pipeline
Ensure compliance with health & safety, legal, and regulatory standards
Identify growth opportunities, cost savings, and service improvements across the account
Strong experience in a senior technical leadership role
Strong background in building services / hard FM
Proven experience in technical services delivery, compliance, and risk management
Experience driving technical change and implementation
Analytical and systematic problem-solving approach
Strong stakeholder management and leadership capability
Strong commercial acumen (budgets, contracts, margins)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Full UK driving licence (occasional site visits required), Disability Confident
