Technical Sales Trainee

As a Technical Sales Trainee, you'll become an important part of the internal sales team, learning how to support customers with technical product enquiries and provide tailored solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer enquiries via email and phone
• Assisting customers with technical product advice and solutions
• Liaising with suppliers and manufacturers to source products
• Preparing quotations and processing orders accurately
• Supporting and developing relationships with existing customer accounts
• Learning about HVAC, mechanical and electrical products through ongoing training
This role is mainly office-based and email-focused, making it ideal for someone who is organised, process-driven, and enjoys problem-solving in a technical environment.
