Full Job Description

We're partnering with a specialist business operating in ground support, propping and temporary works, supporting contractors across a wide range of construction projects. This is a field-based sales role covering Kent and the surrounding areas, focused on building relationships, winning new business and supporting projects from enquiry through to delivery.,

  • Develop new business opportunities across contractors and project teams
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of customers across Kent and surrounding areas
  • Visit sites and clients to understand requirements and build relationships
  • Prepare quotations and proposals aligned to project needs
  • Support customers with product and solution guidance (training provided)
  • Work with internal teams to deliver projects smoothly
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline and track activity through CRM

    Experience in a customer-facing or sales role
  • Exposure to construction, civils, engineering or a related technical environment
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Motivated, organised and comfortable working independently in the field
  • Keen to develop technical knowledge and grow within the role
    • Nice to Have (not essential)
  • Experience in ground support, propping, plant hire or temporary works
  • Ability to read drawings or technical specifications
  • Existing relationships with contractors or site teams
