Full Job Description
You will provide technical and product support to our sales teams, depots and customers by translating enquires into practical energy solutions.,
- Providing technical support across BESS, solar, hybrid generation, EV charging and temporary power solutions.
- Assessing customer and site requirements, including load profiles, power availability and site constraints.
- Supporting product selection, system configuration and technical quotations.
- Working with manufacturers and suppliers on technical information, pricing and availability.
- Supporting sales teams in developing Power & Renewables opportunities.
- Developing product packages, technical guidance and internal training.
- Supporting the introduction of new technologies and products.
You will have existing technical knowledge of renewable energy and power technologies, ideally including: - BESS and battery storage
- Solar PV and hybrid systems
- Hybrid generator/battery solutions
- Temporary power and electrical distribution
- EV and plant charging
- Energy monitoring and management systems You will be technically curious, commercially minded and customer focused, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. Experience in an electrical, engineering, renewable-energy or technical environment is desirable. A relevant qualification and full UK driving licence would be advantageous.
