Duvo helps big companies actually finish the operational work that nobody on somebody's inbox, three spreadsheets, and the occasional phone call can handle. Our customers include one of Europe's largest online grocery retailers, a global beauty e-commerce brand, a Middle East retail group, and a European pharmacy large retailer or FMCG brand.

This role sits between sales and engineering, designing the pilot that gets us from "this looks interesting" to a signed contract. The responsibilities include demo runs against the customer's process, with their data shape and their requirements. Bring engineering in when you actually need them.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in pre-sales, solutions engineering, forward-deployed, or implementation


• Retail or FMCG experience is a bonus


• Hands-on experience with SQL, some scripting, REST APIs, basic Python


• You don’t have to be a software engineer


• You explain things in plain English
