Technical Manager

We have a full time permanent position as a Technical Manager here at 2Sisters Food Group. The hours of work for this position will be 45 hours per week. We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable individual with a strong background in food safety to join our team.,

• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and procedures
• Apply and maintain HACCP principles across operations
• Support and improve technical and food safety processes
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
  
  Proven knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP, and TASSAP
• Level 3 or Level 4 Food Safety qualification
• Strong attention to detail
• English written and Verbal
