Technical Coordinator - Reactive

We're looking for a Reactive Maintenance Coordinator who will own and manage the reactive maintenance process from initial request through to completion and closure, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient delivery of maintenance activities.

Role Responsibilities:

-Own and manage the reactive maintenance process from initial request through to completion and closure.

-Co-ordinate reactive maintenance activities through internal engineering teams and specialist contractors.

-Ensure all reactive works are prioritised, assigned and completed in accordance with SLA response and completion targets.

-Ensure suitable RAMS, permits and supporting documentation are in place prior to commencement of works.

-Keep stakeholders informed of progress and manage customer expectations through to closure.

Experience co-ordinating reactive maintenance activities within a technical or facilities management environment.

-Experience working within regulated or compliance-led environments.

-Experience using CAFM systems and managing operational work orders.
