Technical Coordinator

As a Technical Coordinator, youll play a key role in supporting the compliant delivery of in-house energy efficiency projects, from survey stage through to installation. Youll be responsible for producing accurate plans, costings and documentation to ensure all works meet regulatory and PAS requirements, while supporting smooth delivery across teams. This is a detail-focused, coordination role where youll work closely with operational teams, subcontractors and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and compliantly.Your responsibilities will include: Reviewing survey data and producing installation-ready documentation Creating detailed plans of work, including tasks and resource requirements Developing quotes and cost breakdowns for asset works Compiling rate cards for labour and task-based costing Creating and validating material kit lists to support accurate stock allocation Supporting compliance processes by verifying installation and evidence
