We're looking for a Technical Coordinator to join our Calvert team based in Twyford, Buckinghamshire. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the delivery of important project milestones whilst working within a collaborative and supportive environment., Location: Twyford, Buckinghamshire - travel to the office required with some remote workingHours: Permanent Fulltime 42.5 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.Salary: £29,725 - £38,000 per year + £4,750 annual car allowance + benefitsWe are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role
What will you be responsible for?
As a Technical Coordinator, you'll be working within the Fleet, Plant & Facilities team, ensuring our operations run smoothly through efficient administrative support.
Your day to day will include:
-Reviewing live hire lists, ensuring supplier hires match site records and resolving any discrepancies promptly
-Managing data entry for driver assessments and maintaining accurate records
-Cross-checking plant sheets and investigating any queries that arise
-Uploading and organising documents to SharePoint locations
-Supporting the Plant & Fleet Manager with administrative tasks to enable timely project delivery
Has a solid understanding of plant and tools within a similar operational environment
-Demonstrates strong IT capability, particularly across Microsoft Excel and Outlook
-Communicates clearly and effectively, with a high level of attention to detail
-Is well organised and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting
-Works independently with confidence, using initiative to prioritise tasks effectively, Disability Confident
