Full Job Description

Technical Cleaning Tasks: Deliver scheduled and unplanned cleaning activities, ensuring automation systems operate with minimal downtime.
Health and Safety Compliance: Follow all safe systems of work policies and procedures, especially when working at height or in confined spaces.
Stock Replenishment: Maintain cleaning stock levels to support efficient operations.
Training and Development: Complete all required mandatory and refresher training to stay up-to-date with safety and technical standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with other functions, including Warehouse Operations, Transport, and Maintenance, to ensure a seamless cleaning operation.
Administrative Duties: Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with company procedures.
Proactive Problem Solving: Address technical cleaning challenges efficiently, promoting a culture of operational excellence.
Support Across Functions: Provide assistance to the wider technical cleaning function as required to meet business needs.

Experience in a fast-paced environment, such as warehousing or hospitality, is desirable.
Strong ability to organise and prioritise workload.
Proactive problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Effective communication skills.
Willingness to develop technical knowledge and skills.
Awareness of safe working practices, including working at height and in confined spaces

Package Description
£13.95 per hour.
Average 38.61 hours per week.
3 on 3 off - 12 hour shifts.
7am - 7pm.
Full-time colleagues receive 28 days of annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays), increasing to 33 days after 5 years of service. Annual leave is pro-rated for part-time or alternative working arrangements.
