Full Job Description
- Setting and managing colleagues annual and monthly objectives, ensuring each colleague receives a monthly 121 to discuss performance and PDR's are conducted within the time frames expected by the business
- Conducting regular audits on colleagues
- Triaging new suspected 'contractual breach' claims and ensuring allocation is completed to the right person within our SLA's
- Overseeing guidance and advice in respect of technical referrals and managing any departmental/team complaint handling, acting as an escalation point
- Utilising predictive analytics and data to identify cohorts of riskier claims for pro-active review
- Driving efficiency through managing productivity, costs and increasing value added activities
Strong leadership background - able to coach, develop, motivate and inspire a team of colleagues - Experience of handling motor insurance claims, with specific knowledge around indemnity principles including insurance contract, RTA and MIB Articles of Association, including Article 75, and experience in handing MIB claims, rules and processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, alongside strong stakeholder management across all levels, including panel law firms, suppliers and wider business stakeholders
